Alright, so we’ve gone heavy on the pulpy, fruit driven sour beers, but when it’s the absolute peak of summer, we find there’s nothing better than a tropical sorbet of a beer to mark our favourite time of the year.

Our head brewer Joe’s first solo designed sour since being handed the reins by Lally after he moved into a production managing role, the remit on this beer was “sitting on a lilo in a pool, supping on a freshly squeezed fruit juice”, and boy have we hit the mark.

Utilising a certified bucketload of kiwi, mango and pineapple, this beer is absolutely bursting with tropical flavour – think the breakfast bar freshly squeezed mango and pineapple juice that shakes you out of any slumber immediately, with softer sweet kiwi vibes for balance.
