From the makers

This is the 2025 version of our festive cult classic beer. Inspired by a much loved chocolate that always reminds us of Christmas Day and sitting around the table with our families. Starting with a big base that includes biscuit malt and complex mix of crystal and chocolate malts. We then layer on top of that with lactose for body, sweetness and extra mouthfeel before adding heaps of cacao nibs, vanilla and peppermint. The result is a thick and luxurious stout with strong notes of chocolate and fresh mint.
