Discover Our Spiced Honey Rum

Our Spiced Honey Rum is a small-batch craft spirit brewed and distilled in Wales using our native Wye Valley honey and a carefully selected blend of warming spices. We combine the floral sweetness of gently caramelised honey with subtle rum undertones, creating a rich, indulgent spirit that stands apart from conventional spiced rums. 

Tasting Notes

• Aroma: A gentle floral honey fragrance gives way to hints of warm spice.

• Palate: Smooth and creamy honey sweetness meets subtle spice such as cloves, cinnamon, and a touch of nutmeg, rounded by a gentle rum character.
