Bittersweet cider at its most fulsome, glorious best. Absolutely full of flavour, of weight on the palate, of ripe tannin, of orchard aromas, of gentle natural sparkle, of time and of place. This is Major, an iconic cider apple, as grown on our farm, from trees planted by our family nearly forty years ago. A pure juice, naturally fermented rendition of an apple that has been treasured by orchardists, cidermakers and drinkers for over a century. This is what cider means to us.

The 2024 Blossom Walk Collaborative Painting. Artists Abigail Devenny and Steve Burton led a project inviting visitors to re-connect with painting by contributing to the piece; more than thirty individual hands made their mark on this time capsule of orchard blossom!
