From the makers

The brewery here was reestablished by the same family that had previously run it before closure in 1980. Reopened in 1988 Friart have gone on to produce beers named after an Irish missionary monk. The area had its own abbey until the French Revolution. Aromatic and fresh with a peachy fruity aroma. Bronze in colour and distinctly hoppy and dry.
