A pilsner brewed with premium pilsner malt and fermented cold with lager yeast. Using Nobel German hops adds characteristic herbal and spice notes, and additionally provides a bitterness to the beer. Cold conditioned for 6 weeks to produce a crisp, clean and easy drinking pilsner.
