We’ve used a hint of Horny Goat Weed in this brew, an herb used for thousands of years in traditional Chinese medicine. In East Asian legend, shepherds observed higher numbers of offspring when goats grazed on the Horny Goat Weed.
Southern Cross is used at the end of the brewing boil which provides the pine and citrus notes for this balanced 4.2% ale.
