Brightwell‘s Oxford Rose is produced in the natural style using only red Dornfelder grapes.
Grown on the chalk and flint soils of the Thames Valley, the juice is allowed brief contact with the grape skins to produce a vibrant raspberry colour, gentle tannins and a taste of cherries that fade to a strawberry finish.
A low sugar, refreshing wine to drink by itself or with fish, salads, or at picnics. Serve chilled.
